Complete the attached SSS application and Tutee Packet.  Return the forms to Caroline Czarkowska, Tutor Coordinator in Strickland 132.  Forms are also located outside of the office door (Strickland 132).  You can also mail them to: JSCC SSS, PO Box 398, Kenansville, NC  28349.
