You are required to use your JSCC email account to communicate with your instructor. If you email your instructor using a personal account they may not accept the email. Guidelines for Sending Emails

When sending an email you should always fill in the subject area of the email. This area should be short but descriptive of your message. If you are requesting assistance the recipient should be able to quickly look at the subject to see the problem.

You will find that some assignments may require that the subject be specific, such as: HLanier, Assignment3. If specific instructions are given as to what the subject should include, you must use these guidelines. If instructions are not included for the subject area, you should determine this on your own. If at any time you have a question about this contact your instructor for specific information.
